During that time we made one request that large redwood trees be trimmed to avoid a safety issue, and tree trimming was performed promptly after our request. Lawson's staff was always courteous, professional and responsive. When we moved out recently because we had purchased our own home, we got a full refund of our deposit (plus pet deposit) in less than 3 weeks. Granted we left the home and yard in as good or better shape as we found it and had the carpets professionally cleaned. Nevertheless I was very happy to get the full refund back!
